We'd like to send another thank you to the Co-Mo Connect Cooperative for funding a grant for STEM and critical thinking materials. Ms. Swisher, HS Root Ed Advisor, applied for a Power Up Grant and was awarded over $700 to build a STEM library for JBMS & HS students. Students can use the materials in the library when time allows or while they are waiting for the next activity during down time. This builds relationships with other students through critical thinking activities and gives older students an opportunity for cooperative learning. It keeps their minds engaged and off their phones.
The grant was funded through Co-Mo customers who opt to "round up" their monthly bills to the next full dollar amount. We appreciate all Co-Mo does for our district! #WildcatExcellence #STEMLearning

John Boise Middle School is back to normal operations.
All students and staff are safe. Our JBMS is on a soft lockdown due to a student issue. Reminder, all students and staff are safe, and we do not expect the soft lockdown to last very long.
The true MVPs of this frozen frenzy day? Our incredible bus drivers and teachers braving car rider duty! 🥶🧤🧊🧣
A huge shoutout to these heroes who give their all—yes, even the feeling in their toes—day in and day out! You’re appreciated more than you know! #WildcatExcellence
