🚌❗️Bus L riders who live in the Blue Branch Subdivision will need to meet at the Y by the castle house at their normal drop-off time this afternoon (4/21) due to the low-hanging wire still being present. This meeting place will remain the plan for morning & afternoon until the wire is restored to its normal height.

🏃‍♀️🚨More JBMS Track School Records Shattered @ Buffalo Meet 4/20🚨🏃‍♀️ 🌟Maci Reimund broke the JBMS 8th grade girls 200 M school record with a time of 28.53.  The old record was hand timed 28.59(28.83 FAT) set in 2003.   🌟The JBMS 8th grade girls 4x100 relay team of Olivia Daughenbaugh, Kennedi Mostaffa, Lailah Sanders and Maci Reimund broke the old school record of 26.51 set just last season. The girls were seeded 5th coming in to today’s meet and ran a record breaking and first place finishing time 55.95. Way to go, Lady Cats! 🐾👏🏼

CTC is on as usual today (4/20). Bus transportation from WHS to SFCTC will run as normal. Our goal remains to resume school tomorrow (Tuesday, 4/21) as we work to restore internet and network services today. We will share updates as they become available.

We would like to extend a special thank-you to our food suppliers, SGC Food Service and Hiland Dairy, for providing refrigerated trailers to help preserve food while power is being restored at campuses across our district! 👏🏼💚 Crews are actively working on cleanup efforts & we will provide an additional update later today. #OneTeamOneTown #Community

Update: While there is damage across district facilities, we are very grateful to report that no students or staff were hurt on our campuses. For everyone’s safety, we ask that the public please stay off all school property while crews begin cleanup. District staff may access the South Elementary building if needed. Our goal is to resume school on Tuesday, and we will keep families updated as we continue assessing conditions. We also recognize many in our community may be dealing with damage at home—our thoughts are with those families during this time. Thank you to our maintenance team, cleanup crews, and electric company for their quick response. We appreciate the community’s support and will share updates as more information becomes available.

School properties are currently being assessed following tonight’s storms. We ask that everyone please stay off school property while we work to address any damages and allow emergency personnel to do their jobs safely. 🖼️The public viewing times for tonight’s (4/17) OHC Art Show have been cancelled due to impending severe weather. We invite you to visit the show tomorrow, Saturday (4/18) from 11 AM–1 PM; Sunday (4/19) from 2–4 PM; or Monday (4/20) from 11 AM–2 PM. The awards presentation will be held on Tuesday (4/21) at 10 AM.
