Summer School 3rd graders have been building with Legos and learning about oceans & marine animals. Today, we did a simple experiment to learn what happens to rain after it falls & where it collects!

During our retirement celebration, JD Findley received a special award from the Missouri Highway Patrol for his 46 years of service as a bus driver.

Our baseball team won districts last night. The sectional round of the state tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, 5/21, at 5pm.
We are moving our regular board meeting to Monday, 5/20, at 6:30pm.

North's field day will be indoors tomorrow due to the forecasted weather and cooler temps.

Please send your students in lightweight nonwhite clothing and tennis shoes.
Students may bring an extra set of clothes to change into when we return to school.
Flip flops, swimsuits, water bottles, and towels are not allowed. We will have water bottle stations set up!
We will be applying sunscreen on all students throughout the day. Please call the front office if you do not want us to apply sunscreen on your child by Monday afternoon.

North Elementary: if your student missed any MAP assessments in the last 2 weeks we will be making those up this week and next.
Unfortunately, if your student did miss sessions they may have to miss some fun activities to get this made up. Thank you for your understanding.
