Wildcat Pride Award for November 2025 - Warsaw Leathernecks
Warsaw Leathernecks has been selected as the Wildcat Pride Award for November 2025. This award is given to an individual and/or group that has shown dedication to the Warsaw R-IX School District through involvement in activities, contributions to the programs, and positive impact made towards our students and staff. Warsaw Leathernecks have taken great pride in the Warsaw R-IX School District and also the Warsaw community.
Warsaw Leathernecks have been a great support of the Warsaw School District! Over the last multiple years, they have come to all school campuses and replaced our flags. They have provided an education to our students about the importance of replacing our American flags and how to retire a flag. This year, they replaced our flag on the football field before our first home game as well. The Warsaw Leatherneck are always represented well at our Veteran’s Day assembly. One of their members was a speaker at our assembly this year. They have been a big contributor to the Christmas for Kids program. They provide scholarship opportunities for our students and support multiple youth events as well.
