Certified Staff Member for May 2025: Amy Spunaugle
Amy Spunaugle has been selected as the Certified Staff Member of the Month for May 2025. She was nominated by multiple individuals and selected by the administrative team.

“When I think of a teacher who makes a true difference in students' lives, I think of Amy Spunaugle. I don't have the pleasure to work side by side with Amy, however, both my children have had the pleasure of her teaching and classroom companionship. Professionally, she steps up for anyone who needs anything. This includes students and staff. On many occasions, I have asked her for either advice or help in my classroom via our A+ program. This program has made a big difference in my classroom over the past 3 years and its smooth transition each semester is because of the time and care Amy takes with everything she takes on.”
“I am sad to see Mrs. Spunaugle leave. She has often been a person to talk to when things are going rough. Taking care of CMU dual credit, A+ Scholarship, and being there to help calculate things is a huge asset that will be deeply missed. Thank you Amy for all you have done, and good luck on your future endeavors.”
“She has made such an impact on so many, (students and teachers alike). From the math team, to A+ to the classroom, she has built so many relationships and been such a positive influence. She will be missed.”
