My name is Lucy Bell and this is my fourth year to be in Warsaw. However, this is my 24th year in education. I have had many opportunities in the school systems from being a Parents as Teachers Educator and several years as a school administrator overseeing Special Services. However, my most memorable years have been numerous years I’ve taught ECSE/Title I preschool.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rolla S&T and my master’s degree and certification in Early Childhood Special education from Mizzou. I also have an Ed Specialist degree from William Woods University in Fulton. I am certified in Early Childhood Special Education (preschool and kindergarten) and special education for elementary, middle school and high school.
I love this young age! I love working with the children and helping them work through the process of discover. When something doesn’t work out the way they though it should, we can talk about it and try it another way. I am very patient and down-to-earth, but also want these students to get the very best education start. I am glad to join you as your child’s first teacher, and I welcome your comments and questions.
